Stopped in on our way to Chattanooga. Wonderful food and wonderful people. We will definely add this to the list of places to stop if we are close.

On an excursion for date day we headed for Bootsie based on the reviews of others. Not disappointed. Some of the best bbq you will ever enjoy. Nice clean little restaraunt.
Bootsie's is a hidden gem serving some of the best BBQ around. The owner and staff are friendly, making the dining experience enjoyable. The fried banana peppers and bacon-wrapped pickles make for delicious appetizers. The deep-fried ribs are special and juicy, paired perfectly with Mac n cheese. The fudge brownie with ice cream is a delightful dessert option. While some find the BBQ sauce a tad sweet, overall, the food is amazing. If you're in the area, Bootsie's is a must-visit spot for a tasty meal.
