I had the worst experience today in the drive thru. Let me start by saying, the person taking my order sounded like she was doing 1000 things at one time. She asked me my order at least three times. I ordered several things and a large fry. Drove around to first window, paid with a card and drove off to the next. No fries. Everytime you order a meal, look at the receipt and find an upcharge for large drink. Then the staff gets pissy because you tell them it’s not right to charge for something you didn’t order and make them refund the difference.
They told me today it was because they didn’t have smaller cups. It’s just a sham & scam.
Clean, courteous, hot food!! Favorite place to stop when traveling to Tennessee 😃
