It is expected on a game day weekend like fall family weekend after a football game. That lines are going to be long No issue there. Exactly what I would expect. What I didn’t expect cause I’m the only have one or two employees working. The people here are doing the best they can, but the ownership has done a terrible job of managing this franchise on the game day weekend. Worst experience I’ve ever had at Chipotle. Mobile orders were running over 45 minutes behind, despite being marked as ready. The workers were slow, rude, and had terrible attitudes, repeatedly telling customers it would be “10 more minutes.” Dozens of people were left waiting, and after an hour, I never even received my prepaid order because they ran out of food.
