“I wanted share about my experience tonight. When we first left, we were disappointed with the state our food was in. I called and explained the issue and asked for a refund because honestly I did not trust the food to be any different. Then after speaking with the Manager, I eventually chose to proceed with a remake. The manager was very polite and took care of the situation accordingly. I was very pleased with the remake and the customer service that I experienced! Thank you for taking accountability with a positibe attitude!“
