Worst. Sonic. Ever.
Ordering on the app and going to pick up is not helpful when you still have to wait 30 minutes for your order, and another 10 to get the condiments you requested that didn’t come in your order. I have never had a good experience here. I hoped ordering on the app would be better, but I think it’s actually worse. The clear the screen about 20 minutes before you actually get your food, so then you have no way to track your order at all.
we walked up to the patio and were already ready to order. pushed the button and then waited for at least 10 minutes and no one ever answered. we decided to try going through the drive through, which we thought was the priority and the reason we weren't being helped. sat there at the speaker for about 5 minutes to no answer, yet again. we decided to leave and go down the road for shakes. when we left, the red light was still blinking...legend has it, you can still make out the...read full review
Do NOT go here! We just watched the girl at the window put my friends ice cream sandwich in its wrapper with her BARE HANDS!! Absolutely disgusting!!
