Love Crumbl. Super fast service. The pack of three minis is not worth the price. Just get two large cookies. The chocolate strawberry cookie was super good. Different flavors to try weekly. Everyone is friendly when you walk in the door at the McCalla, AL store. The customer service was top-notch—friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. An associate was very kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire transaction. Management addressed a slightly undesirable experience promptly and went above & beyond to make it right. Every single experience here has been a 10/10. Parking can be rough because of surrounding businesses, but that is the only negative.
