They aren't very friendly, and the drink area is always filthy. No napkins or straws and maybe there will be a lid. Usually I order online and pick up on my way to work but they act like they never get the order and then I have to wait and am late for work. It's gotten very old and aggravating so I cut back going there.

This location of Jack's is relatively clean, but as always, nothing to write home about.
The service is fast food service. Messed up orders are common but they are fast and usually friendly enough so its not a huge issue.

So cool fries are definitely a 10/10 the service was amazing it only took 7 minutes. And the atmosphere was amazing someone paid for our entire meal.
Kid-friendliness: Every was amazingly nice someone actually paid for our full on meal. Amazing service if only took 7 minutes for 3 burgers 3 fries and 3 drinks!
