Felt encouraged to write this review after ordering! The place was very busy and you could tell the staff were trying their best. Especially with it being the holidays! I want to shoutout Erica for being a friendly and kind person. She was running around making things and taking orders and could have been frustrated when taking my order but took it with kindness! It’s the small things that mean the most! Thanks Erica!
First let me say that Adrian has good customer service. The problem I have with this Starbucks is that the employees often give my husband and I cups with residue on them. Presentation is everything!!! I mean this is common sense; wipe the cups off if there's spillage on the cup. What makes you think we want to drink from these cups? This is an easy fix folks. Open your eyes, pay attention, and make sure the cups are clean before you give them to customers.

20240401 The barista in the drive thru was nice. I ordered the honey citrus mint tea, and it was very light comparing to the other stores I visited in VA, TN, AL, MS, and LA on this trip. Need a little more honey.
