pulled up to the window, we have 4 people in our family and the person directed us to pull around to complete our order because it was so large. we decided to come inside since ordering at the window seemed difficult and the lady said “this damn woman came inside” so we just left. unfortunately we didn’t get to dine here.

This has to be by far my worst Arbys experience. I ordered food through UberEats from this location. In my order, I has a turkey bacon ranch meal with a strawberry lemonade and mozzarella sticks instead of fries. I also had a chicken nugget kids meal with apple sauce. When the deliverer areived and I got my food, I noticed I didnt have my drink. The mozzarella sticks were cold and tasted like they were sitting out for a while. Before I even ate my sandwich, I had to pick off the brown lettuce and rotten tomato. I couldn't even finish my meal. I was disappointed because you already have to wait on your food then when you get it, it's just thrown together.

They were out of roast beef somehow, so I went with a buffalo chicken sandwich. Employee was less than thrilled when I decided to eat there after he told me they were out of roast beef.
Employee never said a word throughout the entire window interaction.
Buffalo chicken sandwich bun was hard and stale. The “chicken patty” was the saddest excuse for a piece chicken that I ever did see. I took one bite and I was done.
I’d stay far away from this location.

This is the worst run business in Vestavia/hoover. You’re lucky if they have roast beef or even have their lights on after 8 pm. The workers won’t answer the drive thru, and if they do they’ll tell you that they’re out of everything. Why even be open? Poor management and ownership.

Visited on 12/15 horrible experience. I specifically asked was the food fresh the drive thru employee instructed me to pull down to wait. Everything was stale, old and quality was horrible overall. I called to speak with the manager his name was Sean. He was so nonchalant and really didn’t care about my complaint. He offered me a free meal, but to hell with that free meal it’s the principle of knowing your food wasn’t fresh but you still served it.

The food is good and they generally get the order correct but this is the slowest Arbys I’ve ever been to. We live close and it is NEVER speedy. Wait time from ordering to pulling out is at least 15 minutes.
