Bad attitude at the drive thru. He was complaining that he didn't want to be there. Order beef and cheddar. Go a dollop of cheddar with no red sauce. Apparently whoever made the sandwiches had a bad attitude too!

Went through the drive through. They listened when taking the order and was patient with questions. They were friendly and kind at the window and as a bonus, the order was totally accurate.

I come here a good bit lately as it's very close to my child's school and she loves Arby's! I want to comment on the staff and how they work so hard! It seems they are very short staffed almost every time and they still deliver exceptional service every single time. You may have to wait a little bit, but its never too long and the food is always fresh and hot!! Thank you and keep doing what you're doing!
