Ordered jalapeno roast beef sliders and when i got em they looked and tasted like someone chewed up my jalapenos and spit em on the sandwich. Brought them in to show em and asked for either a refund or to have new ones remade. Said i couldnt get a refund then they proceeded to take the ones i got out of the bag and attempted to remake neew sandwiches with the same ingredients out of the bag. 0/10 i’d rather eat leftovers off a plate than come here

I ordered a cup of cheese and a cup of aju I didn't get either one. My fries were cold and roast beef sandwiche was horrible.
This fast food restaurant is closet- out house so we stopped in several times. My wife really likes their roast beef sandwiches and I vary in orders. The food is usually good and the ervice is reasonably quick.

First off it was 10:15 and I was hungry headed home. When the nice lady took my order the chicken sandwich she let me know that it has to cook and I didn't mind because it was going to be fresh and hot. She was so nice and anything I needed she provided for me at 10:15 that night. Thank you very much Trussville location.

Our receptionist went to pick up louch for our office and was treat so rudely. She said the woman from the back came yelling about all the orders. We spend 100 plus daily for lunch and that was what was spent at this location, but she was made to feel bad about it. I called to explain this and that we don’t treat her badly and that she should not have bees treated badly there, but all the manger could tell me was that she was talking to the employee - take two move two - take two move two and hung up on me. That is not all that woman said when our receptionist was there, she she was rude to her employee, to her customer, and to me. and because I can never remember her name this happened on 4/3 about 12:00.
