The lady at the register was involved in a conversation with a friend. It took forever for her to take our order, then the sandwiches were poorly prepared and the fries were cold. This was my last visit at this location.

Ordered jalapeno roast beef sliders and when i got em they looked and tasted like someone chewed up my jalapenos and spit em on the sandwich. Brought them in to show em and asked for either a refund or to have new ones remade. Said i couldnt get a refund then they proceeded to take the ones i got out of the bag and attempted to remake neew sandwiches with the same ingredients out of the bag. 0/10 i’d rather eat leftovers off a plate than come here

I ordered a cup of cheese and a cup of aju I didn't get either one. My fries were cold and roast beef sandwiche was horrible.
This fast food restaurant is closet- out house so we stopped in several times. My wife really likes their roast beef sandwiches and I vary in orders. The food is usually good and the ervice is reasonably quick.

First off it was 10:15 and I was hungry headed home. When the nice lady took my order the chicken sandwich she let me know that it has to cook and I didn't mind because it was going to be fresh and hot. She was so nice and anything I needed she provided for me at 10:15 that night. Thank you very much Trussville location.
