The Arby’s in Trussville was filthy!!! Then when we got our food it all was dumped out in the bag! The floor was so bad our shoes kept sticking to the floor pulling them off. We didn’t even get half of our order but because it was so bad we just said forget it! I love the one in Leeds but will NEVER come back to the Arby’s in Trussville.
Picked up some delicious gyros on my way home tonight. they forgot my fries😭 but as soon as I called they handled it swiftly and respectfully. Very impressed. Great customer service and killer gyros.
