I visited the Auntie Anne’s at the Galleria in Birmingham. The pretzels themselves tasted good and were fresh, which was a plus.
However, there were several cleanliness and food-handling concerns that stood out. Dough was left out ready to be prepared, which in itself isn’t a major issue, but it was leaning directly against the glass separating the work area from customers. The bigger concern was that the glass seam and metal brackets had visible residue and buildup,...

Auntie Anne’s is my go-to place whenever I’m craving something sweet. The workers were kind, and the guy rolling the dough even showed me how to make a pretzel! 10/10 experience

This is the best Aunt Annes I've been too. It was extremely busy . But the lady's who where working was doing a wonderful job. The General Manager Jessica has a beautiful soul.
We need more people like her in the restaurant industry.
