I work in the mall and purchase the little hot dogs pretty often but recently they have been consistently selling me burned hot dogs?! I send a coworker to pick them up and they are always burned. The cinnamon bites never have enough cinnamon I just stop ordering those but I do love my little hot dogs. Stop cooking them so long, I notice the owner never burns when he is there but his employees mostly do.

Yum! I don't think I've eaten at Auntie Anne's since I was in high school. I have been missing out! I came here earlier this week to get a sour cream and onion pretzel. The cashier was super friendly, and I was told it would be a ten minute wait to get the pretzel all warm and toasty. I sat and waited as I watched customers ordering one after the other. Then my pretzel was ready and realized why. This is the best pretzel I've ever had! It was super warm and flavorful! Sour cream and onion chips were my favorite as a kid growing up, so having that flavor as a pretzel is a genius combination!

RUDE!!!! I had just bought AND PAID FOR an order of two mini pretzel cups. I asked for a receipt and the guy gave me more pretzels and a receipt. I ASKED HIM " WHAT ARE THESE FOR???" He didn't answer me so I walked off only to be chased down in Von Maur and accused of stealing food. Why in the world would I STEAL PRETZELS when I just BOUGHT PRETZELS?? I told him I asked him about the extra food and again he accused me of STEALING. Aunt Annie do better. These franchises are giving you a bad name. Needless to say I've eaten my last Aunt Annie's pretzel. Very dissatisfied with being accused of stealing.

The app says it takes 7 minutes to make a pretzel but at the store they said it’s 15 minutes. I miss the way it used to be before Covid.
