“This by far is one of the best bagel companies in Birmingham really high-quality bagels along with other pastries and donuts but the staff is unreal. You gotta try the everything bagel. Add some bacon and eggs. If you get a little bit curious they also have coffee options as well.“

“I was not disappointed at all because the bagels were soft, tasty, and extremely fresh.
The only reason why I scored them a four was because I had received an email to receive a bakers dozen for $7.00, etc. The store workers knew nothing about it and said it was Grub. Nope, I received it in my email and as notification to my direct sign on account for Einstein.
The place was very busy, but they do a fantastic job getting orders taken and delivered in a very short amount of time.“

“My mother in law is a patient right now on 3rd floor west. She had a heart attack and I can honestly say everyone, and I mean everyone, from nurses to house keeping to aids have been absolutely amazing! Super sweet and never have to ask for anything. It’s just done. I have said more than once this is the “Chick-fil-A” of hospitality for hospitals! I have sat with a lot of elderly in hospitals and I can honestly say this has been the best experience and patient care I have seen in an extremely long time and she’s been her for 4 days so it’s not just been because it was a short stay! “Really not all that bad. Decent breakfast bagels. I don't know who's going to a fast food establishment for the service, so don't expect overly enthusiastic counter service at 5 AM, but if a warm bagel is your game then this will do just fine.“

“I’m not a coffee drinker. But a local chef(shout out to Whitney Simone!) I follow and patronize raved about Rochelle’s grit bowl, so I decided to try breakfast here. I wished that it was advertised that breakfast was sold here because I always thought this place was just a coffee spot. Anyway, I was sooooo impressed with the cuteness of the decor inside. It felt very cozy and intimate. Soft music played in the background. I love the branding on the cups and other merchandise for purchase. Upon entering, my friend and I were greeted warmly. We placed our orders and found a place to sit. The seats were comfy and a bright red that matched the theme of it also being a lounge. There was a little free library where you could take home a free book. There were several small tvs available to watch. Our food came out after a short wait. Yall….my grit bowl was absolutely splendid! The grits were creamy and perfect- not too thick, not too thin. The meats were delicious as were the eggs. My friend enjoyed his pancakes but also wanted to try the grit bowl after hearing me rave about mine. After he devoured his, he agreed that it was just as good as I told him it was. My peach smoothie came in this cute little sealed cup with the branding on it. I love a business that doesn’t skip on the branding! I enjoyed my experience here 100% and I’m even thinking of returning tomorrow morning for breakfast! One thing I would improve: I hope the owners consider advertising that they sell breakfast as well. Folks like me that may not be coffee drinkers but who love breakfast will gladly patronize the business…if we know they sell more than coffee. Overall, this place earned my 5 stars.“

“There are a few other things among their plenty of bagel options. Can be a nice tasty, quick & filling breakfast, for sure. The only knock I have is how expensive they've made it to eat a bagel or even drink a cup of coffee. Everything seems to cost twice what you'd expect.“

“Stopped by Crestline Bagel before work and it was the perfect start to my morning! The bagels were fresh, warm, and really tasty — easily some of the best I’ve had in a while. The staff were friendly, service was quick, and the place had a nice, relaxed vibe even during the morning rush. Definitely my new go-to breakfast spot before heading to work!“
