Great staff from top to bottom. Really want to single out Nicole in the finance/billing department. She worked really hard and was very accessible when there was an issue with my insurance covering a procedure.
My daughter is scheduled for surgery at 11. We arrived at 1045. As of 140, we are STILL waiting on her to be taken back. It’s ludicrous. I’d rather go to UAB. We won’t be back.
