Bandit Patisserie is spotless, modern, and so welcoming. The pastries are absolutely incredible, we loved the savory Danish and homemade pop tarts. One of the staff, Ann Martin, went above and beyond, even surprising my brother with a free iced coffee later on just because she remembered his earlier request/conversation. A true small business gem where kindness and quality shine equally bright!
The croissants are wonderful, the Earl Grey tart was to die for, the apricot shortbread were delicious and the macarons were great. I can’t say enough great things about my first visit yesterday. It will not be our last.

Based on reviews, Bandit Bakery is the best pastry shop in Birmingham. Everything is made fresh and tastes absolutely delicious. The staff is wonderful and kind, and the quality never fails to impress. The savory tart is unmatched, and no one does kouign amann as well. Popular pastries include the hot honey pepperoni croissant, ham and cheese croissant, cookies and cream croissant, and tiramisu cream puff type pastry. The cheese and chive croissant and lemon meringue tart are also phenomenal. The matcha latte is pretty good, and the coffee is exquisite. Prices are very reasonable for how different and unique the pastries are. Parking is easy to find nearby. The team at Bandit are always making some of the most delicious baked goods in town. Highly recommended.
