First time here sat outside big mistake it was so hot lol. Even though it took quite a while for our food to come Vivan was our waitress and she did so great. He came and checked on she kept our drinks filled. She updated us on our food eta. And she didn't annoy us like some servers do. Her outfit was dope her hair was dope. Love the vibes of this place. The menu names, all the artwork, giant skeleton out front. Avondale is the perfect location for a place like this. Also I got the sample platter and everything on it was good. I couldn't pick a favorite.
Their menu is amazing during the week. I order the Elvis Presley Burger without the egg. So huge I was only able to eat half of it. It came with sweet potato fries and oh my!! Brendan and Mel are amazing people. We usually drop in on Sundays after church and enjoy their brunch menu. This is definitely one of the best places in BHM to eat.
