Went here with my boyfriend and our server Mercy was fantastic! Super attentive and personable, even when super busy! It was my first time ever trying Buffalo Wild Wings but she absolutely made sure we come back!

Ordered take out and get all the way home, open the package and see that my onion rings has about half of what it should. And my wings that are clearly supposed to be mild are buffalo. I wish I could say this is the first time I’ve had an issue but this same thing happened before, it just happened to be a flavor that I didn’t hate so I didn’t worry about it but Unfortunately if that’s how they are going to treat their takeout I won’t be back.

We eat out a lot, and service has really been lacking since the pandemic. But we have never had anything but very friendly, conscientious servers at the Trussville Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is pretty good, too. And we are night people so we like their hours also.

We’ve been coming to the BWW in Trussville for years. The food is consistently good and the service is always amazing! We sit in the bar as much as possible so we can sit with Jacob…. He is our absolutely favorite! He remembers our favorite drinks, is super sweet and very attentive. Take care of Jacob so he continues to stick around because he is the best! Julia took over for Jacob, after shift change yesterday, and she was also amazing! I will say I am very sad that you no longer have the Bravazzi on draft, please, please, please bring my pinkady drinkady back!

Everything tasted amazing and our waitress was wonderful. It didn’t take long for us to be seated. Our food and appetizers came out quickly.

Charge me 99 cent for my wrench for my hot wings and then ask my wife if she wanted a thing of ranch and she said yes charge for $0.99 for that what is this Buffalo wild wings or upcharge greed never gets nobody nowhere I know you got to keep the place open but 99 cent for a ranch that should come with wings everywhere else it comes with wings why are y'all being so trashy you

Ordered through doordash and our order showed up without silverware straws and sauce. The worst food and service I ever experienced

Today, I went to try the Unlimited Appetizers for $9.99 special. I got to choose 2 apps and could get unlimited refills on them for the special price. Up to 4 people can share this deal, so WOW! I got the chips and chili/cheese dip and the onion rings. I was alone, so of course, I didn't need refills on them but I think I still got a deal because I got to try 2 menu items I hadn't tried before at a steal! I also got a fried chicken breast for only $1.90 which is awesome in its own right. I brought home plenty of leftovers. My servers were great and I couldn't have asked for better service.
