Charge me 99 cent for my wrench for my hot wings and then ask my wife if she wanted a thing of ranch and she said yes charge for $0.99 for that what is this Buffalo wild wings or upcharge greed never gets nobody nowhere I know you got to keep the place open but 99 cent for a ranch that should come with wings everywhere else it comes with wings why are y'all being so trashy you

Always a great place to go eat...Never had a bad meal or bad service here...

Ordered through doordash and our order showed up without silverware straws and sauce. The worst food and service I ever experienced

Today, I went to try the Unlimited Appetizers for $9.99 special. I got to choose 2 apps and could get unlimited refills on them for the special price. Up to 4 people can share this deal, so WOW! I got the chips and chili/cheese dip and the onion rings. I was alone, so of course, I didn't need refills on them but I think I still got a deal because I got to try 2 menu items I hadn't tried before at a steal! I also got a fried chicken breast for only $1.90 which is awesome in its own right. I brought home plenty of leftovers. My servers were great and I couldn't have asked for better service.

On 6-17-2025 I placed a online order walked in and asked the young lady if I could get my fries freshly cooked I told her my name and she said she would let them know but if course they were not hot at all don't sever me anything you don't want anyone to sever you

I loved going here for the BOGO boneless wings, but they've gotten smaller and smaller over time and full of gristle. I'm sure this decision is coming from the top and not just a problem with this one location. The waiter was nice and timely and obviously if you like sports, this is the place for you.

We asked the waitress to make sure our wings were fresh so she put them in as extra crispy. Not what we asked for. We could barely eat them. Tried to send them back and Caleb the manager said we would have to wait an hour for fresh non extra crispy wings to come out because we would have to wait behind all the other orders already in. Customer service was horrible. Go to gardendale or pell city! Worth the drive to go to another buffalo if you're wanting wings.

I came here at 10:00 pm with some friends & it was such an amazing experience. Our server was insanely sweet, he has I think, a low buzz with a hat on. He was the sweetest, and so friendly to me and my friends. His name is Jacob I think!! Then me and my friends went to go play games and won a duck 😂 one machine wasn’t taking dollars but I went to the front and 2 men were more than welcoming. We also met another guy that let us taste test a milk shake. His name was Marc/Mark, and he was the absolute kindest. The entire experience was amazing, I didn’t get the 2 guys name, that helped me at the front for the dollars, but they know who they are!!:)
