I recognize it’s tough getting workers but this is so poorly run. Apathetic employees who clearly look like they don’t care. Won’t select them ever again when I fly to Birmingham airport

It was an average Burger King experience, they have order kiosks that were pretty straightforward. It was a pretty average wait time, I think I had my food in 10 minutes or less. It was pretty busy when I was there and a lot of people were complaining about buying large drinks but being told later that they didn’t have any large drink cups (the downside to the order kiosk). If you are in a hurry or want a large drink, I’d probably go somewhere else but it was pretty decent food & didn’t cost much. The lady working was nice and got my order correct. The chicken fries were very good!

I ordered a large sausage egg croissant meal. They gave me a small drink. I explained that I ordered a large and the cashier said small is all they had and said, what do you want me to do? I said refund the difference. He said he couldnt do that. Someone in the back went to try and find some large cups but didn't find any. I Saud, give me two small drinks. The cashier said, that's what I asked you but you didn't hear me. Very rude...

On December 22, 2023 at 1:26pm by TIERRA I ordered our food at the Birmingham airport. I expected a higher price BUT I paid $18 for the same order that costs me $8 at our neighborhood Burger King. We get great food, awesome service and it is clean. I am sorry but I can't say anything nice about my experience there. I am 81 years old and use a cane. First I couldn't get anyone to wait on me because I was told to use the pay station and order on it before she went back in the back. When another employee coming back from break asked if I was waited on and I said no, so she told her and she Came out and I paid and she filled my order. After getting to our gate I think was 22 but not far we started to eat the fries that were cold and way to much salt. I threw over half of mine away but my husband at 87 ate his. Then I started to eat my Jr Whopper and after a couple bites mine was pink in the middle and I looked at his and he was picking pieces off that were over done. We go to ours here and others and have never had this kind of an experience I hope you do some training about these problems and hope that it doesn't happen to others. It is sad that some of this has happen to others by your reviews that I should have read before ordering.

Took me 20 mins when I was at the front of the line waiting to order and while I was waiting for my food I saw them pick chips off the floor and put them in the my bag. Horrible service, employees gave me no change and gave my friend 30 pennies in change. Wouldn’t recommend almost missed my plane.

Didn’t even finish placing my order because the pregnant girl was rude. 20 minutes ago she was dancing around when there were no customers. Now they have a couple customers and she acts like it’s an inconvenience.

Horrible service and rude employees! Took my money and didn’t give me my food — that’s essentially THEFT. I ordered two burgers and then waited 15 minutes. Burger wasn’t ready. My flight started boarding so I requested them to hurry up or just give me the fries. The server was very rude and told me to wait. I didn’t get a refund either. So to catch my flight I had to run to my gate and barely made it. BK, you are a billion dollar company but you stole my $18.02.I reached out to customer service to file a complaint and they only offered $15, that too as a digital coupon, not my cash.STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. A “fast food” place shouldn’t make you wait 15+ minutes and then refuse to give you money or food.

This is the worst BK I have ever been to! The service is garbage, the workers are rude and you never get what you ordered. The only way this place stays in business is because it’s in the airport and travelers have no other choice.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Awful service (the self serve kiosks don’t even work so was then redirected to the main tills- would be nice if they had a sign on them so you don’t waste your time) we ordered a regular whopper meal and a regular double bacon cheeseburger meal, yet was charged for large and only realised afterwards The portion sizes are minimal and McDonald’s saver cheeseburgers are bigger than the overpriced Burger King ones. Not to mention you can’t even use your app to retrieve your points or even use your offers/rewards and so are forced to be overcharged Wouldn’t recommend at all
