It was an average Burger King experience, they have order kiosks that were pretty straightforward. It was a pretty average wait time, I think I had my food in 10 minutes or less. It was pretty busy when I was there and a lot of people were complaining about buying large drinks but being told later that they didn’t have any large drink cups (the downside to the order kiosk). I ordered a large sausage egg croissant meal. They gave me a small drink. I explained that I ordered a large and the cashier said small is all they had and said, what do you want me to do? I said refund the difference. He said he couldnt do that. Someone in the back went to try and find some large cups but didn't find any. I Saud, give me two small drinks. The cashier said, that's what I asked you but you didn't hear me. Very rude...

I recognize it’s tough getting workers but this is so poorly run. Apathetic employees who clearly look like they don’t care. Won’t select them ever again when I fly to Birmingham airport
