Stopped by on my way home from work to get lunch because I saw that they had a Mushroom Swiss burger newly added to their menu. I drove up to the drive-in and placed my order to go. I got home and unwrapped my burger, and it had a few mushrooms, but had some kind of bright orange sauce on it. It was definitely NOT Swiss cheese. Did not in any way taste like Swiss cheese. I've never been more disappointed by a burger in my life. Tried to call the cafe to speak to a manager, but no one would answer the phone.

Laughable. They give you 1/4 the bacon and eggs pictured. A complete ripoff. Eggs hard. Couldn't order from the inside. Two workers went in dumpster area and closed the door. Burger king doesn't care how improper they restaurants being run and they not serving what's on the advertisement. Rip off

Both of the sandwiches I got were warm but not hot. They both tasted good as could be expected from Burger King. The restaurant itself was in dis repair old outdated not very kept up or picked up of trash in the bathrooms and parking lot. Staff was doing the job , just took them a minute to acknowledge me.

Only ate here because I had an offer for a free whopper with the purchase of any item. Haven't eaten Burger King in years. And this experience reminded me of why. All of the drink machines are out of order,the employees have an attitude from the moment you walk in, and the burgers are of microwavable quality. So even though I have walmart+ and can eat a free whopper everyday, I still will not do it. My advice is to avoid all Burger Kings, especially the one on Oxmoor.

I’m a truck driver! Stayed the weekend in my truck Burger King was supposed to be a savior! Instead I got cold food and attitudes! This was my first visit second visit was dinner at night. I went in and apparently they just locked the doors or were walking towards the doors I got in. I was in line. The lady turned around and looked at me and gave me an attitude and said we are closed inside you have to go around. I explained I was in my 18 wheeler doing a delivery and needed just to get dinner real quick and.again she told me no and that I needed to leave! Wow no compassion at all so I left and didn’t eat anything for dinner. Next morning I went in to get breakfast again more cold hashbrowns a sandwich that was hard as a.rock been in there for a while it seems along with the pile of them and then cold coffee with it. I will never go to this Burger King again if I can help it.
I placed my order in the mobile app, pickup in drive thru. I pull to the speaker and finally someone says we are in shift change...that's all she said. I kept sitting there waiting, she comes back on the speaker and says are you still there? I replied yes, I have a mobile order. She comes back on and repeats that they are in the middle of shift change and that I would have to come inside to get my order. Ugh!! I chose drive thru for a reason..but I go ahead a pull around. Go inside and the young lady asks can she take my order. Nobody else in line, she's on her phone with earbuds. Young man just standing back there. About 5 minutes later they still had not started cooking my food! I ask if she could cancel my order and she said I'd have to do it through the app...I waited for 30 minutes!! No ice in the drink machine. All attitudes..will not go back!

Soda was flat. Dining room messy. Paper and cigarette or cigar ashes on bathroom floor. Had to clean toilet to use it and No hand towels to dry hands after washing. Yet employees had time going outside to screw around or smoke
