I wish I could give zero stars because this particular restaurant is ridiculous! They never give an order right, not early morning, afternoon, or evening. My whopper was no tomatoes! Not only mayo and lettuce and one tiny piece of bacon, that I paid extra for? I wish the district mgr would actually look at these comments and do something! Find people that are willing to work that can actually read! Cuz the receipts are correct, because we ordered ourselves online. However, the employees cannot read it at all! Or they simply serve old fries and onion rings and cold nuggets. Burger King you have to do better or find someone who can! This is pathetic!

Out of all the Burger King I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with I must say the one here located in Irondale at 7757 Crestwood Blvd. has completely blown me away and will now be my new favorite. Thanks to the team here in the Manager Miss Patterson have blessed and had a great day. Maybe you can come down and get a little taste of what they gave me.

I would not let my dog eat from this place. The people are so so so rude and will steal your money. They owed me .69 cents and refused to give it to me. I know that ain't a lot of money but it was my money they kept.

Ordered 4 sandwiches without lettuce and tomato and they only made 1 then took forever to get us the other three that once again said no lettuce or tomato we checked the bag and we had the wrong sandwich plus the others had lettuce and tomato. Went back in and the lady was rude and loud talking about how that is what comes on them. So we got are other sandwich and they was nice enough to take the lettuce and tomato off along with the seasoning. Thank you Burger King employee that was rude I hope you have the day you deserve

Manager was very rude after waiting for 15-20 for my food when I ordered in the drive thru and then she I asked for a manager and she told me she can charge $4 more to each meal bc it was the drive thru so $35 for three meals and it clearly says $6.49 for chicken fry meal and $9.19 for chicken sandwich meal. She completely disrespected me and told me she wasn’t going to argue with anyone that fees they are entitled and told me she would refund it but to this point is has never been refunded ! Called 6 diff numbers for corporate and the headquarters and not one number worked !
