My chicken sandwich was raw. Completely raw. However, the manger, who was as irritated as I was, couldn’t have been more accommodating and gave me a refund on my entire order without question once I should her my sandwich.

The employees are rude and very slow taking your order and preparing your food plus it’s cold food and sloppy put together, no hot fries always burnt and such a very long wait , this place sucks and it’s in Pinson

THIS LOCATION IS TERRIBLE I HAVE BEEN HERE 4 times And everytime they pull me around to wait well tonight I had to wait a freaking hour on a kids meal they need better management and they literally always out of stuff they slushy machine was out each time I went and this was over months PLEASE FIX THIS BURGER KING ASAP

Was told to go around to the front of the building and wait by the front door sat there for 25 minutes finally went inside and asked where my food was, they had an attitude and I got a refund which took another 10 minutes. Absolutely, do not get food at this restaurant.

Food was excellent but this place is severely understaffed. The food took forever but I was served with courtesy and smiles. I could tell there was only about three people in the kitchen, including the person running in the Drive-Thru

Came to burger king 15 minutes till 10/pm central time I sat and waited it was a car order taken. They never came to the speaker to say closed.

If I could give this place zero, I would! First off we were on a road trip so we had to use the restroom and oh my it was very dirty broken down not well maintained. We placed our order of a breakfast burrito with no hashbrowns in it, and sausage cheese, and egg biscuit meal. While standing there waiting the line was like clear around the building so we thought wow good thing we came in well that was wrong. We were there for 40 minutes. Then after we got our food, get outside and look in the bag which we should’ve done before we walked out, my husband didn’t get his hashbrowns because they read the ticket wrong. Obviously, I ordered a burrito with no hashbrowns. They just saw no hashbrowns and so we had to go back in and they had to Cook some more so then we had to wait around another 8min. We were being very patient but while we were there waiting looking around and looking in the kitchen and watching how the employees performed their jobs, wow!!! all I can say is the manager of that place should be ashamed of him or herself. They need to do more training on personal hygiene and how to wash your hands, hairnets should be mandatory! and how to actually work in the kitchen also Learn how to clean, the whole place inside and out is a disaster! You’re welcome for the donation, food was not edible, might want to clean your fryers and change out the oil once in a while! ew! It was all gross! Did not eat it!
