If I could give this place zero, I would! First off we were on a road trip so we had to use the restroom and oh my it was very dirty broken down not well maintained. We placed our order of a breakfast burrito with no hashbrowns in it, and sausage cheese, and egg biscuit meal. While standing there waiting the line was like clear around the building so we thought wow good thing we came in well that was wrong. We were there for 40 minutes. Then after we got our food, get outside and look in the bag which we should’ve done before we walked out, my husband didn’t get his hashbrowns because they read the ticket wrong. Obviously, I ordered a burrito with no hashbrowns. They just saw no hashbrowns and so we had to go back in and they had to Cook some more so then we had to wait around another 8min. We were being very patient but while we were there waiting looking around and looking in the kitchen and watching how the employees performed their jobs, wow!!! all I can say is the manager of that place should be ashamed of him or herself. They need to do more training on personal hygiene and how to wash your hands, hairnets should be mandatory! and how to actually work in the kitchen also Learn how to clean, the whole place inside and out is a disaster! You’re welcome for the donation, food was not edible, might want to clean your fryers and change out the oil once in a while! ew! It was all gross! Did not eat it!

Came to store sat in line for 15 mins no one was working went inside no one greeted me or took my order however there were three people at the front counting money that left to go to the back without saying give me a min or anything waited a few mins a left the service was gobble that was today 11/31/25 at around 5:30 at 6:02 I was writing this as I watched other cars just sit in line

Rude employee. I saw a nice man stand there waiting to give his order and the manager would not speak to him after she was spoken to. There were no please, thank you have a nice night from any employees. The floors and countertops were also dirty.

This is one of the worst burger king . The customer service is horrible. They are very slow. It took me over 10 mins to pay for my order, with only one car in front of me. Once I get the window, they wanted to charge me $ 37 for two order.

I sincerely wish I could give this location negative stars. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a fast food joint. EVER. I’d ordered online, since it was a 20 minute drive, thinking it’d be ready when I got there. They hadn’t even started it, because one item wasn’t available. My order was the ONLY one hanging up, too. It then took an ENTIRE HOUR for me to get my food. 20 minutes of that was for 2 medium fries. Everyone there was busy doing anything BUT their job, and one girl was about as rude as can be, and poorly spoke about the customers right in front of me. I will never set foot in this Bk again.

I had a great experience last night (October 4th, 2025). My wife and I came and got two impossible whoppers and an order of fries around 10pm and everything was hot and fresh. Services was fast and friendly.
