Based on the reviews, El Man Tacos is a hidden gem with great flavor. The tacos, including the beef and pork tacos, have great flavor and make the heart and stomach full. The hot sauce is on point, and the pineapple sauce adds a sweetness that elevates the tacos. The Birria pizza is a favorite, and the sauces are so good. The trompo and cabeza tacos are some of the best outside of Texas; the cabeza is buttery soft with a spicy green salsa, and the trompo with pineapple salsa tastes like being back in Mexico. The Al Pastor is a go-to. The tortas and aqua frescas are amazing, well seasoned, and authentic. The service is friendly and welcoming, and the people really appreciate customers coming. It is a great place for lunch, after work, or dinner.
