Bro you started out good but you’ve let the money get in the way of customer service! Just like they made you they’ll also stop supporting you if you keep getting bad reviews.

Bistro fries were just okay!!! The were gunky and stuck together and the middle was just a little too cold for me. The door remains locked. I guess for safety so you have to pick up in a little side hole . Just a new experience

Unprofessional! Closed earlier than time posted, ignored us for a few, answered no phones, let people sit outside and not answer the door! Told us just cause we ordered doesn’t mean he was going to go back inside. When asked how could we get a refund since we ordered online he got in his car and left.

Amazing food and it's owned by amazing people. The owner was patient and passion when explaining menu details. They even have this kick a$$ lemonade in different flavors with the proceeds going towards his daughter's college fund. if you're in Birmingham please check this place out!!

My husband and I were passing through the area and decided to stop here. I hate it wasn’t a sit down place but it was sooooo good, we didn’t mind eating it in the car LOL!! Great service and a great menu to choose from if you like seafood/Cajun dishes. We got the seafood plate and it was so good! Their sauce tasted homemade, which was what I loved about them! We will definitely be back! You won’t be disappointed!

This was a surprised hidden gem. Menu was displayed outside. I called from car to place order that was ready in 15 mins. Food was hot, seafood fresh, and did not disappoint. My mom and I couldn't decide so ordered the following to share; wings with swamp sauce, bistro fries with sausage & shrimp, gumbo with sausage & shrimp. Mom is allergic to crab, otherwise I would have chosen that option. Everything was well seasoned but not salty. Portions were plentiful. Leftovers were heated in air fryer perfectly for late night snack. I will return when in town. It was minutes from the Birmingham CrossPlex sports complex. Kudos Nupe for a job well done!
Awesome experience. Food is seasoned to perfection. All the vegetables were juicy and flavorful. I was too late to try the key lime dessert but will go earlier next time. Most importantly, it gives people in the neighborhood something to be proud of and hope to see people that look like them doing big things. Job well done.

This place is a hidden gem & black owned!!! I had the fries with shrimp, crab, and sausage. It was so good and flavorful! Portion size was huge too, I ate off of it about three times. When I posted a photo of my food on social media I got so many questions about it.

Imagine being stuck in the house sick but needing dinner? Well order from Cajun Bistro Express like I did and they will exceed your expectations! I was able to track the driver, he arrived early and left my hot order where indicated! He then texted me to make sure I got it while it was still hot. My Shrimp Po Boy was delicious and the bread tasted like it was from Nawls! The plump shrimp appears to be freshly breaded and cooked to order. The Shrimp and Grits is the best! I will order again soon! I so appreciate when my food order is prepared correctly, is delicious and I'm disappointed I didn't order dessert because everything else was so pleasing! Yeah!

I got to give this place a solid 3. So first off I came later in the day and It was dark and they have you order outside maybe in the back or side with them holding the door open and the menu poorly posted on the building. First impression was all bad. Im not from the area or never tried so I was hoping to get to really look at the menu when I got there. Food also was on the high side. I got some type of chicken wings and some loaded crab fries. Both were really good though. Just wished better customer service.
