This was my first time ever coming to Carrabbas, so I had high expectations.
The food was pretty good, except for the mashed potatoes. Our server was pleasant and friendly. However, my biggest complaint is the kitchen staff and other waiters. The open kitchen design was not a smart move, as you can hear every childish conversation. Just listening to the other employees inside and outside of the kitchen sounded like a bunch of young teenage boys joking and being loud....

We've visited carrabbas many times over the years. Today we ordered the stuffed mushrooms for the appetizer followed by the house salad. Both were prepared well and were tasty. The bread and oil with spices are really good with your meal. For our main course I had spaghetti with meatballs. It was very good. The meatballs were seasoned well and the pasta was cooked properly. My wife had the johnny trio. The ravioli and chicken were both good. The steak marsala was excellent....

We were greeted at the door by professional person who quickly seated us. Waitress was quick to come to our table asked for drink orders and came back with warm bread and spices, orders were placed and quirked served and her and another staff member. We watched the overall flow the restaurant. It looked like a well oiled machine, great teamwork. Impressed by more than just wait staff, they took just a minute more to interact with us. Great job. Food and service was impressive
