Nasty bathrooms. Plus the service was lacking. She looked like it was her accident
It was 6 people in our table and our waitress was really good and listened to us and answered questions about things on the menu. She was always smiling, offered extra drinks. The food tasted great. It came out on time. No mistakes.
I think im giving up on this BWW. I used to regularly go during football season and the servers were nice and the food was good. The last 3 times ive been there ive gotten the muscular Hispanic man and my order has been wrong everytime despite him writing it down. The staff were more than cordial and corrected it when I was able to finally wave down another member of staff. As I left, I saw him watching the world cup game on the back porch instead of interacting with customers....read full review
