So I visited Carters Hooka bar & Grill for the first time. I had seen so many good reviews on another site so I decided to give it a try. To say I was underwhelmed wouldn't suffice. I've ordered the Carter's Platter (crab legs, shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes) twice. Each time, the food was delicious and plentiful. The facility was clean and inviting.
