This is now Thirty 5 Bar and Grill. My reservation for space was not what I expected. When I arrived the space was full of uninvited family.
I attended a birthday celebration and had an awesome time. The atmosphere was inviting with plenty of seating. The service was fast and friendly...the made you feel welcomed. The food (fried okra) was hot and delicious. Oh, and my drinks (Kettle1,cranberry, and pineapple) were absolutely delicious x3. They were the right temp, evenly mixed, and definitely Not watered down. Everything was cooked to order, so u know it's fresh....All and all everything was great! I would recommend...read full review

The fried okra and shrimp and grits are described as hot, delicious, and savory. The drinks, including Kettle1 with cranberry and pineapple, are expertly mixed and not watered down. The fried whitefish sandwich is moist and seasoned to perfection. The lounge itself has a retro vibe from the 70s or 80s, well-maintained and clean. While located on the edge of a sketchy neighborhood, Carters offers a great ambiance, great music, and a great DJ. Complimentary valet parking is provided by Carters Event LLC. Inc. The establishment is wheelchair accessible and children are welcome during political and family events. Overall, Carters Hookah Lounge Grill & Bar is a must-visit spot for delicious food, lively ambiance, and excellent service.
