I never had an issue with Casa Fiesta until today. I went to the bar to order food. Placed order. A bag was brought out and handed to bar tender. He gave me the bag i left (never had to check behind them) o get home 30 minutes later check my bag, nothing like anything i ordered. I take the food back she goes straight to the bar and get my bag and bring it back. I called casa fiesta in Trussville, Alabama today and a manager (Louise) answered the phone. I know because I have been to the restaurant many many times and even celebrated several birthdays for family members there and I have had many conversations with Louise. I asked him (Louise) what time they closed and who was bartending. He said “10 and the same bartender as always” I asked if the bartender had a name as I hadn’t been there for a short while he said “same bartender”...read full review
