I grabbed some breakfast from the drive thru on my way back to Gadsden. I ordered a chicken biscuit add egg and cheese along with an order of hasbrowns and a large coke. Everything I ordered was made to perfection and I did not have to wait very long in line of the drive thru to get my order. The staff I encountered was polite and friendly.
I don’t know what kind of customer-service superpowers Brandon has, but the man is hilarious and made the experience. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure i had a great time while I was here. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and keeps the line moving with a great attitude. Chick-fil-A is always known for great service, but Brandon really took it to the next level.
