asked for no lettuce or tomato on my grilled sandwich, got both. asked for a drink, she said she'd get it and didn't and she was talking to her coworker and another customer while taking my order. didn't fallow the code 4. as a CFA employee I am saddened by this.

I came to this Chick fil A on my birthday this past Thursday to get my free entree on the Chick-fil-A app! The food came out quickly and was delicious per usual, but the staff was not as hospitable as chick fil a usually is. I felt a little rushed but other than that it was great! I got a milkshake and 12 count chicken nugget, both very yummy. The Mac and cheese was the best I've had at CFA!

Firstly, I love Chick-fil-A waffle fries, they’re amazing! For some reason on this visit I accidentally ordered 12 grilled nuggets instead of chicken strips. Huge mistake. They were more like gizzards than nuggets. So messy you needed a fork to eat them (and there was no forks). Dipping sauce? Hope you like ketchup. Ordered some strips to compensate and they were great. Milkshake was also great.Won’t ever get grilled nuggets again…no matter how much those cows tell me to “eat mor chikin”
Never will I ever come back to this place again the good see. Like they cooked the sandwich earlier and had it sitting there plus the General Manager talks about you in front of you folks on fresh food instead of talking about other people I will be contacting some about this!!

CFA came through in a clutch for me on a visit to Riverchase Mall. I was with friends, so not driving myself, and about to pass out from hunger. When we stopped at the mall I didn't think there would be anything in the food court that I'd like, based on the mall directory. To my surprise when I got to the food court, there was a Chick-Fil-A - exactly what I had a taste for!! Also, I was happy to see regular (not spicy) chicken tenders available and in a kids size, because our Charlotte market switched to spicy exclusively a couple of years ago. My food was hot and the drink was good, I love that no matter where I am I can depend on good food at CFA!

Chickfila at a free standing location is amazing. We'll don't expect that in the Galleria Mall. You will be rushed and questioned about asking for sauces. When you order we don't know the menu, we don't work there. It may take us a few moments to review what we are going to pay for. I know the gentleman that took my order seemed to be more concerned about getting done as fast as possible as to hold the wall up and be on his cell phone. I have never had this at an actual franchise. Usually I love to go and enjoy meals with friends but next time at the mall it will be the honey chicken.
