Usually Chick-fil-A is great, but this Galleria Mall location missed the mark. Fries were barely warm and overcooked, and the chicken sandwich lacked flavor. I asked for heavy pickles and only got three. The manager’s response to my concerns was pretty nonchalant. Hoping they can improve to match the consistency I’ve had at other locations.

We went to this chick fil an and it was awesome. We got a small fry a 2 count chicken strips, 1 medium drink and 1 large drink all for $8. Great deal and the food was great. I would recommend.

Got my spicy chicken sandwich and the bottom bread was old so old that I had to break it off and the Top bread was only 80% bread it must’ve broke off in the machine on top of that the lady forgot my sauces and once she seen me back at the register she just looked at me as if I was crazy and continued working other than that my chicken was hot but I give fair ratings so here it is
