Them going from having two drive-through lanes to having only one and making one a mobile app lane is stupid! At the Chick-fil-A in Portsmouth, Virginia there was 27 cars in the drive-through line and only two cars in the Mobile app line. This is how you lose customers! There’s no way I’m gonna wait in line behind 26 other people to get my meal from Chick-fil-A. If you don’t switch this back, you are gonna lose a lot of customers.
I recently tried to place a catering order...I went in and spoke to manager. I shared what I want to order, but was concerned that it would get cold before I wanted to serve it. He advised they could provide warming pouches and it would not be a problem. Great, I thought. I was placing my order and there was no place to put any comments, so I called to reconfirm. Spoke with Kevin, the owner of that particular location. Never have I ever been treated so poorly. He yelled at me. How dare I ask for something ro keep my chicken warm on a weekend, when he was busy. The warmers didn't grow on trees, were expensive and were only for those people that placed their orders thru a delivery service My almost $500 "pickup" order was not going to get a warmer. Not to mention he yelled at me for holding my order "hostage". The owner, Kevin, was not only rude and disrespectful, but condescending too. Kevin advised he would call back within 24 hours (he didn't). A few days later when he did reach back out to me, to say no again, there was no apology for his attitude or actions, just his rudeness. I have shared my story with several people (and will continue to share it) I have been told by many, "oh, yes, that location is terrible." NEVER will return there again.
went in 7:45pm on 7-14-2015.nuggets were cold, sandwich was cold and fries were average. What has happened to this location.worst experience i have had at chic-fil-a.better correct it or more reviews like this will come
DELISH. The chicken is amazing… but the frosted lemonade?… 🤤
Food is delicious, orders are always accurate and fresh. Healthy choices too! 😇 #truthwins
Chick-fil-A is incredible. They have people that work outside and take orders and deliver to car windows. $7 kids meal you get chicken strips or nuggets, fries, fresh squeezed lemonade or fountain drink, and you can ask to substitute the toy for an icecream cone. And they usually still give you the toy. Also, everyone has positive energy. It’s the most delicious fast food i have tasted. And I see signs about community scholarship awards given out. I go to Chick-fil-A about 3 times a week with my daughter after school.
The food and service has been going down hill for years and the Northampton VA location is the worst. Slow service and constantly forgetting items. I’ve had to go back a couple times for missing food items and drinks. They block you on FB if you say you don’t like an item or ask a question and some of the employees act like you aren’t worth their time.
Always great food! Clean restaurant! Awesome workers!!!
Love the food and the service. Greystone, Inverness and Riverchase Galleria locations are all A+ With that said, CHANGE THE FRIES BACK! The new recipe/coating is absolute trash.
I ordered chicken noodle soup and it was cold. They advised that they could not heat the soup up and further advised it would take at least 10 minutes to make new soup. Who wants cold soup? Why offer soup especially in the winter if you are going to serve it cold?

The chicken breast patty is almost 50% smaller than about a year ago or so, and for the same price or higher. The fries were served cold and were sitting around, not fresh. A similar number 800-CFA-2040 instead of 866-CFA-2040 that is printed on the receipts goes to a scam call center trying to get your banking information.
never had issue with chick fila until last week.... they refuse to make it right offering a free chicken sandwich..... instead. that's a way to make you order a drink and add ons..... so you guys steal 24 bucks from me and offer a "free" chicken sandwich what about my wife's nuggets and the deluxe i had ordered with bacon... I get cold soggy sandwich stale fries and the solution is to thank me for seeing a problem and offer a free sandwich in hopes I'll buy additional when ordering it ? not very church like. Also you should answer the phone when customers call
CHANGE THE FRIES BACK! WE DON'T WANT THIS NEW RECIPE THEY'RE GROSS!
With the money Chick-fil-A makes why can't you supply your employees with uniforms, instead you have your management harass employees and grab their uniforms to check the fabric and embarrass them. I saw it with my own eyes. If it was me, you would have a lawsuit on your hands. Maybe a lot of employees can't afford them and don't dare say anything. And please don't tell me that management writes up employees for this. Black uniform are black uniforms, as a customer I really don't care who makes them (unless the company gets a kickback), I care that the food is good, the restaurant is clean, and employees are neat and kind. SHAME ON YOU
Friends and I went through a drive thru and I ordered the Southwest salad. Got back to work and found there was brown liquid at the bottom of the container. Obviously not edible. Called and wanted a refund and I was told I would get a call back. they never called. Called them again and the only thing they could do is offer a voucher. Of course, didn't even get that. Never did get lunch. What a garbage dump.
