My wife, son and I arrived just before 6PM on 1/31/24. We were seated immediately by Mary our server, but we waited at least 15 minutes for her to return to take our drink and food orders. We waited 10 more minutes for our drinks, and another 10 minutes for our food. All the food was cold, my wife's chicken was dry and a skin had developed on the alfredo sauce. I’m just gone tell it like it is, never in my entire life have I experienced anything like this. My Grandma said it’ll be days like this. I love all people no matter what’s on the outside. I guess our skin wasn’t quite right🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️. For this lady to not even acknowledge us. We stood at the door a whole 10mins before one host/waitress even said it’ll be a minute to be seated.
