The steaks were good. The rest of the food was not very flavorful. Our server Bree (not sure if I spelled her name right) was very nice and attentive. I've lived locally for 7 years, and that was my first time there. My wife has lived here her whole life and said that it used to be really good food there, but not now. We probably won't be back.

Terrible service last two times we came here all the staff had bad attitudes and acted aggravated anytime you asked them for something. Food is not presented well at all sauces dripping over the plates food just thrown on the plate. The whole restaurant looks nasty and the floors are all dirty. They were out of just about everything we tried to order. This place used to be good but now it is terrible.

The Hennessy margarita was everything it was delicious they don’t ever miss with that one. I usually stick to the fajitas because they are delicious but I tried a different meal this time the steak and shrimp and it was ok the mash potatoes were a little too garlicky and the steak didn’t have no love in it! I will say you might have a long wait depending on the day and time you come so bring patience with you!

Fiance had a craving for a lava cake and we decided we would just eat dinner here also. Lava cake is still apparently on point, but that's all. Now I haven't been to a chili's since early 2000s, but it should have stayed there. Chili's has aged about as well as jagermeister and fourloko. Burger King with a server. Like the motel 6 of fast casual. Seriously considering trying to track down some other 90s staples (rubytuesdays, Applebee's, tgifridays, outback, etc) so maybe I can rank them now as an actual adult

Me and my family went for our family night out to try the Nashville trio and was so excited but unfortunately, the customer service was horrible from the waitress to the manager. It was so bad my appetite changed and we left. Ashley Hubbard is a very bad manager and very rude to customers.

Seems like the franchise owner hasn’t cared to staff this place properly in the 3 years since I’ve lived here. I went in 2021 when I moved to Trussville and haven’t been back due to slow service. It’s now Dec 2024 and my girlfriend just ordered to-go today via their online website. I tried to warn her, lol. It said pick up at 7:16pm and I’m in parking lot still waiting for her “to go order” at 7:48pm. The reviews are 100% accurate and this place gives all Chili’s a bad reputation. So sad because it’s simply mismanagement.

Sadly- consistently terrible service here… the servers are friendly, and that’s great.. but unfortunately, there’s typically never an actual hostess to even acknowledge you exist upon entering.
When you finally get sat, you always get ignored for at least 5 to 10 minutes before someone comes by (IF someone comes by, last time we had to move ourselves to the bar because our server never came to our table and we still got ignored for another 10/15 mins) … when you get the food, It gets dropped off, and that’s about it. Drinks never get refilled and we’re left just waiting forever to finally get our bill so we can pay and leave.
You will not get what you pay for in quality service.

This is horrible. No one should come into a restaurant to pick up their food and see an employee vaping in the back and blowing it on people’s food. Not to mention people not wearing gloves handling people food. Jefferson County Health Dept. will be notified. Date: January 11/2025 approximately 2:30pm.
