Attempted to eat lunch with my husband. It took quite a while for anyone to acknowledge us to even be seated. Multiple workers walked by. A manager i presume inquired if anyone had assisted us and we stated no. He stated he was going to get someone. After waiting a couple of minutes ti he seated we were seated by a table by the bathroom and the final straw before we left without being served was we were sitting at our table over 4 minutes before leaving. We are now at Walk-Ons down the street.

Went to eat at this Chili’s in Trussville, I was extremely not happy with getting food there! We waited a long period of time after ordering food, along with everyone else that was waiting. They was not busy, so that is no explanation! Finally getting the food,,, it was wrong! I asked for a slab of ribs and got a half, My guest ordered mini burgers and didn’t get them! Asked for the manager, he walked up with a drink in his hand!! That’s not a good look! Got the correct food, but wasn’t offered at least a discount for having to wait so long! So no tip for this horrible service! My last time visiting this place for food! Sorry no pics this time.

Waited to be seated for 15mins a they weren’t busy at all. Food was great but service was trash. Server stood around a chatted with another worker an didnt really pay attention to us. Never again will I go to this location.

Horrible. This was the first time I've eaten at this Chili's and I didn't over $40 for the chicken bacon quesadilla and the Buffalo wings and fries. The quesadilla was extremely dry and not even warm. The Buffalo boneless chicken wasn't good either. The Buffalo sauce was dry not even a drop of sauce anywhere around the chicken just dried up chicken. The food seemed like it has been maybe cooked and sat under the heat for a while or something. There was no taste at all, no flavor just dry and bland. I ate 3 dry wings and 2 out of the 8 small slices of the quesadilla. I just couldn't make myself eat anymore. Even the ranch dressing was like running water. No taste at all and so thin I promise the ranch was like running water. I can not believe I just paid $40 for nothing. I'm so upset that this was deemed as good enough to give someone to eat. This is so sad.

Think we've gone to the Trussville Chili's for the last time. Been going to the Fultondale one because the service is usually better but Trussville is much closer. Limited time so tried it again. Took a while to get a table although it was about 3:30 and almost empty. Then never did get a server. A women leaving after meal, came over and said I hope you don't get our server. That's when we decided to leave. We love Chili's food, but service has been awful lately, especially after Pandemic, like a lot of places. We went to Olive Garden which was perfect, and we'll hit Fultondale next week.

Overall the absolute worst experience eating at a restaurant. Food was not fresh or hot! Management didn’t listen or wasn’t concerned about our opinion. Stay home and make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Chili’s corporation should fire everyone there and start over or shutdown this location.

The steaks were good. The rest of the food was not very flavorful. Our server Bree (not sure if I spelled her name right) was very nice and attentive. I've lived locally for 7 years, and that was my first time there. My wife has lived here her whole life and said that it used to be really good food there, but not now. We probably won't be back.

Terrible service last two times we came here all the staff had bad attitudes and acted aggravated anytime you asked them for something. Food is not presented well at all sauces dripping over the plates food just thrown on the plate. The whole restaurant looks nasty and the floors are all dirty. They were out of just about everything we tried to order. This place used to be good but now it is terrible.
