I’m giving it 5 stars for Lay! She was absolutely amazing and she wasn’t even our server. Our own server was not meeting expectations at all especially considering we waited 23 minutes just to be greeted and asked what we wanted to drink and overall just not serviceable or attentive in anything down to forgetting my mother in laws food which was just a salad while me and my husband were eating for at least 20 minutes.But Lay stopped by several times to put a rush on it or bring it herself. She brought us chips and salsa which we didn’t order just so we had something while waiting, straws and silverware since we didn’t have any and at the end and even brought us to-go drinks and boxes after we had already asked our own server and were waiting for 15 minutes watching her just walk around. We will come back because of Lay and how hard she worked to make our experience memorable in a GOOD way. Thank you so much Lay

Came in to enjoy all the new specials they had. The host was immediately rude. Did not greet us just asked “how many”. She sat us at a table covered in ants so we went back to the host stand to ask for a different table. She turned around and gave us the “you’re bothering me” look. We asked for a new table, she pointed and told us to find another table near by. Did not even try to go check out the ants or show us a new table. The table next to it also had ants on it, more than the previous table had. At this point we decided to leave and just call and let management know. When I got the manager “Tina or Tammy” on the phone she was just as rude. Absolutely ridiculous! Will not be returning! I’d give zero stars if so could!

Horrible experience. No host to seat, server was miserable and gave us no time to ask for anything, chicken was undercooked and gross, burger was greasy and absolutely disgusting. Our Server Mallory was not good neither. You can also hear the kitchen complaining all the way in the dining room. I work as a server at a Steakhouse and make amazing money because I ensure my tables are satisfied while delivering good service. This place is horrible with food and service, don’t eat here.

The bartender was extremely rude. To the point that he would slam the drinks on the table and then left as abruptly as he had arrived. Terrible service and a total mood killer as far as a Friday night outing goes. Would definitely advise to spend your money elsewhere
My waitress Lay was great! She was attentive to our needs as myself and my daughter dined in. The only thing that bothered me is my appetizer came out with my food. I prefer my appetizer first and separate from my main course, but all together service was great and my waitress was very apoplectic about the matter. Appetizer: Triple Dipper (you can't go wrong); Main Course items were: 4 tenders deal and Cajun shrimp pasta, added steamed broccoli and garlic bread.
