“Worst chipotle I have ever eaten at. The steak was burnt, burrito was smaller than the taco's and staff are rude. The manager and staff that worked on 11-26-25 in the evening should be fired will never return to this location. Absolute garbage.“
“We read several other reviews that had bad experiences at this new location of Chipotle near where we live, but we were already on our way there. Made us hesitant but we wanted to try it for ourselves.
Our experience was good overall. Large portions of food and typical Chipotle quality - fresh ingredients and the new chicken al pastor was slightly spicy and unique. Service was fine. The only issue was the first bag of chips we got with our queso were slightly stale (or at least not as crunchy as they usually are - a tad chewy), so we took them back and asked if they have others. They said all of their chips are made fresh daily but quickly offered us another bag...which were crunchy like normal.
We chalked up the other reviews to a bad start, maybe a staffing challenge(?), and decided we will definitely go back.“
“MARCUS!!! greatest chipotle ordering experience to date, for me and my fiancé. from start to finish, Marcus was very personable, very polite, and very understanding. this was completed in about 60 seconds, since we you walk left to right and then leave. he only had 60 seconds with us and we were blown away. come to find out, it's this young man's first day!!! for anyone who eats here regularly, i can only hope you bump into him!“
“I love the food the place the l freshness, however lots of time it doesn't look fresh , the presentation of the food could look better , your pans are so deep it looks like your low or and I'm getting the last or its been there a while,
Lastly I don't like paying extra for chips and dip which has been you guys Hallmark for many years, I'd rather you just included with the price.“
“I SUPPOSE THE FOOD WAS PRETTY GOOD, BUT I NOTICED A TIN CAN WITH A HANDLE AND NO LABEL, SHOOK A LITTLE ONTO MY FOOD, AND THOUGHT IT WAS PARMESIAN CHEESE... SO I PUT A BUNCH ON MY BOWL. TURNS OUT IT WAS KOSHER SALT, SO MY BOWL WAS COMPLETELY RUINED. NOT HAPPY.... NEED LABELS ON ITEMS LIKE THAT!“
