Yall know I don’t normally complain especially publicly complain but honey this so called “ manager “ did it for me tonight. We walked in and got in line. It’s about 930 pm. The manager on duty was checking customers out with a terrible attitude. AVOID COMING HERE, Management don’t know what they’re doing, they are always short staffed wait times are extremely long. Every time I come they always close down the lobby and make you place an online order, Which takes forever Food is ehhh everyone always has an attitude. go to the other chipotle down the street to save you a headache!! Wow this location is an absolute disaster. Chipotle corporate needs to come in and fire everyone, close down, get a new staff, and manage this properly.The staff was rude, sloppy, and lazy.
