How is this location still open? I “try” and go weekly but there is always drama (always out of something). Tonight I stopped in and there were no fountain drinks and no white rice - at 8 pm so I left and went to the next closest location. 1 star is hella generous

I use this location a lot because it’s right next to my apt. The last 3-5 times I’ve been in, the service has been absolutely terrible. Today I waited over 30mins on 1 bowl. I was told it would take 5mins to make brisket, and that was the longest 5mins of my life. Had I known it was going to take that long, I would’ve just went with something else. I don’t think I’ll be using this location anymore unfortunately because it is so close.

I own Chipotle stock, so I hate to say this, but it's declined to the point of quickly becoming a second rate fast food place. Certainly this store off Hwy 280 and the one in Trussville. This location puts small amounts on the line and rarely stirs it when demand is slow. It's almost guaranteed to be out of something you want or what you get it dry and crusty. So much more, like nothing is cleaned when slow, so everything is dirty, and just ugh. Used to be elite, then just a bit better than fast food. Now not even in the top tier of ordinary fast food.

I really cannot even review the food here because I did not get to eat! I used to go to chipotle several times a month, but I have not been in a few years. I decided that I really wanted to have the Sofritas again because they were my absolute favorite! When I arrived in the restaurant, it was not busy at all. There were four people in line in front of me so I could not see the steam table. It seemed to take a lot longer than expected to make food for those four people, so when I finally got to the front of the line, I had already been waiting about 10 minutes. When I was able to see the steam table, I noticed that there were several empty compartments and I did not see any Sofritas. I asked the girl behind the counter if they had any, and she just looked around at the steam table and said, “I don’t see any.” That’s all she said and then just stood there. She did not offer to make any or let me know if they had any at all, or even offer any alternative suggestions she just stood there. So I walked out without purchasing anything. I just found that incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. I feel like she should have, at the very least, apologized. It would have been nice if she had mentioned that maybe they had some cooking that would be ready in a few minutes or that they could get some prepared, but it might take a few minutes, or maybe suggested a veggie bowl instead, but she just was completely unhelpful and obviously didn’t care. I won’t be returning.

Love the food but service is consistently poor. Our orders are correct maybe 25% of the time. They constantly make excuses as to why they can’t get it right. You’d think they would have the attitude of “what can we do to make it right” but it’s always an attitude of we just really don’t care and you can call the 1-800 number if you want to complain. Then you call the number and it’s impossible to complain. They literally won’t refund your purchase in the store. You have to call the 1-800 number to request a refund. This company needs some accountability.

First time I had eaten at this location. I had to ask for chips and dip and it was like pulling teeth to get it. Young staff needs to be better trained. And please have your people speak up. I wasnt the only one having to ask repeadedly and tell them we couldnt hear or understand them.

Bit disappointed with our experience here. Planned on picking up lunch to eat at a local park on a nice Saturday. Was almost deserted at noon when we arrived; only three staff, and when we approached the counter we were told they were only doing online orders that day. No signs, either outside at the door or at the counter, gave warning of that, but whatever. We sat down at one of the tables, placed our order online, and waited. Food was ready about when the app said it would be (15-20 minutes). When we later sat down to eat, though, we discovered they had included no napkins or silverware, even though our receipt on the bag explicitly called for them. We can sympathize with being understaffed, but you need to be up front about it. Just scratch paper and a sharpy would have saved the staff customers a lot of confusion and frustration.

The food itself was good, thankfully. Ordered a burrito (brisket, white rice, black beans, cheese, sour cream, fajita veggies, red tomatillo salsa) and a bowl (steak, brown rice, black beans, corn salsa). Both were accurate, plenty to eat, and up to Chipotle standards. The guacamole remains highway robbery, of course, but at least they didn't skimp on it.

Dont order online here go to the other one down 280 across from walmart, way better customer service . I have had my order stolen multiple times from the pick up shelf and had to wait 20-30min for them to remake it, dont waste your time here people come in and steal food from the pickup shelf all the time

Here an hour after they open, they forgot to put the knob/cap things on the sodas.. they spewed all over my daughter trying to get a drink. Happened to multiple people and it didn’t get fixed for awhile. They had no lemonade made, and the excuse was “we haven’t made them yet”… ummm okay..

So literally no drinks for any customers for over an hour ?? it took complaining multiple times for them to make movement.

1 hour lunch break and half an hour is already wasted at waiting here although I ordered for pick-up. Pathetic. Even, on-arrival place orders got like 15 minutes ago.
