Taqueria el Rosario is a highly regarded restaurant, known for its delicious street tacos and excellent service. The pastor, asada, and campechano tacos are particularly praised, with the asada being a standout. The red and green sauces add a spicy kick, with the red one being exceptionally hot. The chorizo torta is another popular choice. The restaurant, located in a Home Depot parking lot, offers quick service and reasonable prices. The knowledgeable crew is dedicated to their craft, making it a top taco truck in Birmingham.
