The food was good, but I am leaving a review based on the service. The place was packed and there was only 2 servers helping everyone and they didn’t miss a beat! It was amazing to see a restaurant running so smoothly without having a ton of servers. They also didn’t appear to be stressed or fast talking to get through people. The seafood gumbo was just shrimp and sausage with rice, could have had more seafood and the roux had a little raw flour flavor, but the color was dark and I like that. The oyster Poboy on gambinos bread had few oysters and bread was not

We ate here for the first time. We had the absolute sweetest servers and our food was perfect. Highly recommend Crazy Cajuns and will definitely go back again.
