I love the food the place the l freshness, however lots of time it doesn't look fresh , the presentation of the food could look better , your pans are so deep it looks like your low or and I'm getting the last or its been there a while,
Lastly I don't like paying extra for chips and dip which has been you guys Hallmark for many years, I'd rather you just included with the price.

Gritty rice, literally 4 chips on kid meal bag, overcooked meat with tortilla under steamed. Ice and drink machine broken. Toilet broken. Lackadaisical employees…. bad across the board…

I can’t believe how dirty this place is!! Rice and meat all over the counter. Rude employees, they kept screaming and cussing over stupid things in front of customers!! Seriously, where is the manager?!!

I ordered through doordash. The steak burrito had no steak in it until I had eaten about 85% of it. I also got chips with green salsa. The chips filled 10% of the bag and the tiny container of salsa was less than half full. I also got a side of chimichurri that was also less than half full and 90% oil. What a joke chipotle has become. This is not the food I fell in love with in California back in 2007.

I order off DoorDash all the time. Now I put on my order i wanted condiments and utensils and chips. Only got my bowl! This is unacceptable! I’ve called up there 5 times and they still won’t answer the phone. I am highly disappointed and I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Because if i can’t get what i asked for then why am i paying for it?? Half a a meal is NOT. What I paid for. Then yall don’t have the option for vinegar sauce and i know yall have some in the restaurant. I get off work this evening at 5. I will be up there to collect.
Tables and overall atmosphere were dirty during our visit.

The cigarette butts in the bare dirt patches outside the front door really makes the decor pop. This is a 77 billion dollar company lol
The place could use a really good cleaning. 24 hour waffle houses have a cleaner kitchen.
I wish I didn’t have to leave a star at all. Once I entered the restaurant I had to wait in line for 10 mins and only one customer was in line. Behind the counter was filthy with food all over the counter. I got a chicken/steak bowl and requested pico de gallo and the young man told me they were out but I saw it on the online order bar and requested it again and he advised me he could not take food from the online bar to give to me. Will not be returning to this store 🤬🤬🤬
Out of sour cream was told the only way to get chips and salsa was to go online and order it. Sat at the register for 5 minutes while one employee sat by the grill staring at nothing. There wasn’t even anything on the grill. This location is not very well managed
Flies Been there 3x and every time I see flies. Never again.
The one in Vestavia is clean, a bit outa they way but no bugs.
