There was an unpleasant smell reminiscent of a gas-station restroom, and the dim lighting made the area feel gloomy and unsuitable for enjoying a nice meal with my wife and kids.
When I asked a staff member for plates, they handed them over in a careless, almost dismissive manner, which already felt rude. What shocked me even more was that the plate I received was clearly unwashed and had been taken from the used-dish collection. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my whole life before, and needless to say, I won’t be returning.

Pickup is a disaster here. I’ve had major issues here twice now. Once my order was stolen and I had to reorder it. This time, I waited over an hour between the time it said it would be ready and the time I received my food. And what’s worse is that the person handling the pick up orders was insanely rude, even raised her voice at me. I’m sure eating here in person is great, but if you’re looking to pick up food, just go to Taco Mama.

It was OK. It was my first time to eat at a Chuy's. I was not impressed.

Food was good, better than most chain Mexican restaurants. Sweet tea was watered down but coffee was good. Good service. Pleasant lunch.
Pigeons flying around the indoor patio above everyone’s head and walking on our feet while we tried to eat. Extremely unsanitary.
Chuy’s was just like we expected - a great chain with consistent fare! My husband‘s steak burrito was huge. It was like two meals so it was definitely worth the price. My flautas were really good. Their queso was good!
Million dollar views but not at a million dollar price. Servers friendly and capable, food was hot and well seasoned my first time trying tex-mex so it was a little different for me but good nonetheless.
Great atmosphere. Plates are huge.
Very pretty area.
My friend and I stopped in at Chuy’s at The Summit before a concert, and it was the perfect choice. We started with their fresh salsa and creamy queso—so good! Then we split an order of quesadillas, and everything was hot, fresh, and full of flavor.
The service was amazing—friendly, fast, and super helpful. Plus, you really can't beat the view from this location. Whether you're heading to a show or just want great Tex-Mex in a fun atmosphere, Chuy’s delivers every time!

Felt like I was in a chucky cheese for adults. The service was good, but the food was gross. Chicken has no flavor and looked just boiled. The chips were also so greasy. Left after 10 minutes

Love it! The creamy Jalapeno dip is the best! The Elvis Presley Memorial Combo is PERFECTION! The frozen margaritas are so good too!
Vegetarian options: You can sub guacamole for the meat and have vegan tacos. (Minus the cheese.)
