Great local place, great food.
Went on an amazing date here, the vibes were perfect for date night! The atmosphere is very upscale and it feels like fine dining. We had the house made chips as our appetizer and they were delectable. I had the Brick Chicken as my main and it was absolutely perfect, I highly recommend! Staff were amazing and they were great about checking for food allergies. Everything is cooked to order and tasted amazing!
My husband and I chose this restaurant for our date night, very first time. Everything was perfect. From the time we walked in and were greeted by the delightful hostess and seated. The atmosphere was romantic, clean, and comfortable. Natasha our waitress made our experience even more enjoyable from being very knowledgeable about the meals and how they are prepared to bringing extra sweetness for my lemon drop and margarita. This will not be our last visit here. We Loved It!

Recent guests have praised the new menu item of grilled meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green string beans, as well as the crab cake dinner, which received high marks for flavor. The bacon wrapped scallops have been described as "TO DIE FOR," and the crab dip has also been well received. The pimento cheese burger and the butter cake remain must-tries. Friendly and attentive staff ensure a quick and pleasant experience, with servers like Crystal and Courtney providing knowledgeable and excellent service. The warm ambiance, especially on the patio with a fire pit during winter, adds to the overall enjoyment, making Village Tavern a lovely place to dine and a must-visit spot for repeat customers.
