The food great ! My only complaint is I walked in and the young lady working the front didn’t speak at all ! It was an awkward silence and I finally said “hello, may I place an order “ for the price customer service should be a whole lot better !!!!

Our first time here! We called ahead because of the bad weather and they told us to head on in. The man behind the counter was so kind and the food was AMAZING! Will be back:)

One of the best establishments we've been to in Birmingham! Better than Crumbl Cookies if I'm being honest.

I don't normally leave reviews after a first time visit but this is one exception that I am willing to make. I spotted this place for the first time today as I was leaving Moe's and decided rather reluctantly to give it a try. I don't usually care for cinnamon rolls because they are always too sweat for my taste. However, this place has changed me forever. Oh my goodness! The cinnamon rolls here are fabulous! Not only are they incredibly delicious and not too sweat but they are the cleanest dessert I have ever eaten. I know that doesn't make any sense when talking about cinnamon rolls but ironically they do not leave that over bloated, sugary hangover that you normally get after eating something like this.To top it off, the passion displayed by the customers at this place is also uncanny. I have never seen so much excitement displayed by customers before for a product like this. The passion alone was worth the visit even if I had not ended up liking the rolls as much as I did.I will end by saying that the prices charged for the value received here was right in line with where it should be. I have seen a few reviews here criticizing the place for it's prices but I could not disagree more. As someone who is a commercial landlord and a business owner there is no way they could charge any less for the quality of product and stay in business. The rents at Lee Branch are very high in exchange for the convenience it offers residents in nearby neighborhoods. Those costs are naturally passed onto customers and this business has had to do the same. There is no shame in that and I think this business has done the best job it can in keeping those costs down while also keeping healthy margins. If you haven't given this place a try yet then you need to find out what you're missing!

My fiance and I have been coming here for over a year and have always had a great experience! The cinnamon rolls are monstrous, decadent, and the perfect treat for a Saturday or Sunday afternoon! My fiance is vegan and I am not, so it is amazing (and not often) to find a place where we can both find something that we like. My personal favorite is the Vulcan - think like a delicious buttery crumb topping with caramel, chocolate chips, and frosting.

Cinnaholic is the one place I stop to satisfy my sweet tooth. I have made it a tradition to go there with my granddaughter. I like getting the cinnamon roll and brownies while she enjoys the cookie dough. ?
