Straight-forward classically American fastfood.
The food itself was pretty good for what it was, reasonably large portions, super quickly prepared. Restaurant was a little grimy feeling and not the nicest place but we definitely didn't leave hungry.

The place was well lit and clean. It sort of has a warehouse feel but not in a bad way. Just a large open dinning room with very tall ceiling with exposed hv/ac system. Most tables are under a vent so if you are sensitive to cold air or heat during the winter you may want to dress appropriate.
The food has always been fresh and service is fast even during the busy times.
The prices are very reasonable.
