Employees do not wear gloves. I witnessed employee work register handle money and make another customer banana split without washing her hands nor put on gloves. The employees were pleasant and courteous.

DQ is not here, it is now called Local Roots (which is a fabulous burger spot, highly recommend). This location needs to be removed because there is no longer a DQ here. p.s. Chick-fil-a is very nearby and they have really good milkshakes :)

My pet peeve- when a store has “timers” so they can make sure food is going out fast- so the drive through tells you to go park (only person in line). Your food actually takes longer so they can look good on timers.Tried to give feedback to them online first- very cumbersome process.

This Dairy Queen location continue to fail. Today we go through the drive through and they don't have ice cream?!?!? What in the world. The customer service is bad and they never have the food ready.

Ordered through Door Dash today and yet again was disappointed. I placed my order at 12:03. Ordered Four meals 3 with drinks and one blizzard. When the dasher arrived the had just dropped my food so she had to wait. The blizzard was already made so it started to melt. I did not receive my food until after 1pm. No drinks, fries looked and felt like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for more than an hour, blizzard completely melted, and the ranch that came with the chicken tender meals was expired and clumped together. This is the second time I have ordered from this location and drinks have been forgotten or something left out. Yes I went through door dash for the order issues and they were kind enough to compensate me for the items that were missing and I completely understand that restaurants are busy and potentially understaffed but I am disappointed on the quality of my food and that my drinks were left off once again. Not sure if I will be ordering again.

The workers here were so amazing and professional. Erika (hope I spelled her name right) was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met honestly! I would highly recommend coming here. The food was amazing and we will definitely be back next time we are in town!

Door says dining room is not open but the employee outside said the dining room was open. So my five year old and myself went inside to order. My daughter ordered a hot dog. The cashier asked if she was having a kids cone and I said probably. Before I could finish my order, they were handing me a huge ice cream cone for my 5 year old. When I looked confused and said, we need to eat our food first. They were annoyed and said I should have told them not to make it. 1) I didn't know they were making it. 2) Why would you give a kid their ice cream CONE before their meal??? Ice cream melts. I told them to take the cone back and we will let them know when we were ready. Then, there was no ice in the drink machine. Once they got us ice and food we sat down. My daughter wanted ketchup so I let her go ask for some. She stood there for 5 minutes and verbally said "excuse me" multiple times. One time the guy refilling the ice machine walked right past her and didn't acknowledge her. I got up and went and asked for ketchup. They were super annoyed and gave me 3 packs for my daughters hot dog, her fries and my fries. So I went without. The manager is loud and rude. The employees fought with each other over whose turn it was to talk food to the curbside pickups. It was NOT a pleasant experience to our day.

Botta bing. Botta blizzard. When you have twin 4 year olds during the summer with no school, you tend to get creative in ways to do independent things. Well my wife had a great idea to take one of the twins shopping and leave the other with me. And despite my dashing good looks and a amazing witty humor, I am second fiddle to my beautiful bride when it comes to this type of thing. So after a come apart that was told to get over, son gets over and I promise him something fun then here we sit at 10:45 on a Sunday scrambling. Botta bing. Botta blizzard. When you have twin 4 year olds during the summer with no school, you tend to get creative in ways to do independent things. Well my wife had a great idea to take one of the twins shopping and leave the other with me. And despite my dashing good looks and a amazing witty humor, I am second fiddle to my beautiful bride when it comes to this type of thing. So after a come apart that was told to get over, son gets over and I promise him something fun then here we sit at 10:45 on a Sunday scrambling. Well guess what. He has never had a blizzard before. They have seasonal flavors.... fine. They have new promotional blizzards... you zip it up. When it comes to a first time experience, you go nostalgia. Of course Girl Scout thin mint sounds amazing. But the fruit of my loins is having this magic for the first time. Butterfinger all day. The store itself was in a bad way saying it would be 30 minutes. But me explaining just being blizzards, they got it out real quick. Good location. Great treat DQ, you still rock my world.
