“I’ve always had a great experience at this location! The young ladies that work in the afternoon are always kind and welcoming and they always have a smile on their faces! The dessert options that I personally come for are always in stock and they are consistently delicious. I will drive out of my way to get my desserts from the Trussville location! You guys are killing it!“

“I took my granddaughter into Crumbl for the free thin cookie offered, along with putting in a 6 CT order. I had to ask how to get the free thin cookie. The employee wasn't very nice & said it had to be on the app. I spent several minutes & couldn't find out how. She also tried on my phone, then got the manager who was training someone @ the time. It wasn't on the app, but their screen. The 2 had words between themselves in front of us. I just didn't feel very welcome & spent about $25 on 6 cookies, which is kinda ridiculous.“

“Rude, and slow. Wait times are too long, and employees serve you based on how loud and frequently you complain instead of how long you've been there. Also helps if you're POC. They're the only ones who seemed to have gotten out in less than 20 minutes consistently.“
