Domino's Pizza in Birmingham

“Employees are always respectful. Food is always fresh, quick and correct! One of the best locations I’ve ordered from.

Edit: I posted this and an hour later my chicken alfredo pizza had no chicken.. let’s hope it was just a one off 🥲“

“The nicest people! I ordered at the wrong Domino's and they were so nice about it, even though they were extremely busy. All of them were so sweet and I cannot wait to order again. They made sure everything was right and were so kind even though I was panicking and parked in the wrong spot. Will be ordering again!“

“Great location for the national chain. Order was ready on time for pickup and hot when I did so. Staff was friendly, too. Ordered pepperoni & onion and pineapple with barbecue sauce (both thin crust, which is a hidden gem of the chain, by the way). They were great, and you can't beat that $7.99 deal!“

“I've ordered for quite a while from this Domino's. It's good. You can trust them. When I say I've ordered for quite a while, I guess it's over the last 7 or 8 years, 12-20 times a year. That's a lot of pizzas. At least once a month and sometimes more...but of course, mostly football season and when my nephews and nieces are in town, tailgating situations, etc...Anyways...the point is, it's not a bad franchise. They're great! They care. I have had a problem every now and then(like everyone has everywhere). Each time, they have been super nice, cool, chill and fix anything that's wrong and by the way, we all know that's not typical in this day and age. This Domino's is on top of their game. Nice people, good product, fresh, nice delivery guys...if you're wanting trustworthy folks and product with a good all-American taste, this place is for you. I'm happy to give 5 stars. They earned it.“

“Upon picking up my order I was greeted by the friendly staff and was made a priority once I walked in the door. I was given my food with promptness and they provided me with utensils and condiments.

Upon arriving home (less than 5 mins away) I noticed one the pizzas was incorrect, I ordered a specialty medium pizza, and was given a pepperoni. I was unphased by this due to the friendliness of the staff at the establishment, and knew they would fix my order.

Upon arriving they were very apologetic and immediately realized the mix up, I was allowed to keep the original mis-make, and was walking out the door with the correct pizza.

10/10 experience, everyone makes mistakes, but it’s about how you make up for it. Well done dominos. The food was great!“

“This Domino’s at 726 23rd St. South in Birmingham has been very good. The pizza is always hot, fresh, and good tasting, with a fair amount of toppings. The cheese is especially good, and the cold drinks go well with it. Every bite tastes like real pizza should taste. The ingredients do not taste stiff, and the cheese is not stiff, but it is also not so runny that it falls off and makes a mess. It does not taste like cardboard like some pizzas do. It tastes like delicious, hot, fresh pizza made by very nice people. The service is really good, the people are nice, and they actually answer the telephone without making you wait a long time listening to music. Their prices are fair and budget-friendly too.“

“This is the only Domino's we go to. We started off in Little Caesars line, but it was wrapped around the corner. So I had a choice to make, wait in line here or order online to Domino's for the same time with better pizza. If you guessed it we chose Domino's for 100 Alex 🤣. The pizza was hot and delicious, we had the 2 topping medium pizzas for $6.99, with sausage and pepperoni. So whenever you are in this area you will not be disappointed by this restaurant. The pizza actually looked better in person,my camera is not that good😜“

“Domino's is THE BEST! These days you can't even go to Taco Bell without spending $30-40. Do yourself a favor and get DOMINO'S!!! Use the app, earn points for free food! The pizzas are awesome! The amount of cash you are gonna spend is about half of what you would getting fast food somewhere else. Plus, the quality of the food is way above any fast food place.“
