I love Filter. It is my go-to place to get a good coffee. I have never, ever, had a bad coffee here. The atmosphere is nice and they have everything a good coffee shop downtown needs: good coffee, great service, free WiFi, free parking, and good baked goods. I will always recommend stopping by for a good drink or caffeine fix.
My favorite coffee shop in birmingham! The owner Jeremy and all the staff are so down to earth and friendly. Coffee is top notch. Plenty of space to sit and relax, chat, or work. Love the empanadas too. I’m always trying to avoid plastic cups and so I like that they can serve for here drinks in a glass/mug and also have option to put the drink in your own reusable cup. They also have kids games in the upstairs space and so it’s a good place to bring kids too. And some books...
